If you plan to arrive at the Esplanade Hotel prior to the arrival time stated, please advise prior to arrival and we will endeavour to have your room ready for you.
Should you be planning to leave the hotel late, reserving for an additional night will guarantee access until the required departure. Should any of our guests not wish to reserve additional nights our reception desk will arrange to store any luggage for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for room reservations must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival, although this may differ if you have not booked though our website. If a room reservation cancellation is not received by the specified time, the Esplanade Hotel reserves the right to charge for the first night accommodation. Please check payment, cancellation policies and deposit requirements at the time of booking.
